After the machine is installed, turn on the power supply, test run the motor, ensure the correct direction of operation, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air, check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to add lubricating oil, it is strictly forbidden to run without oil, and the machine can be started after normal, and at the same time observe whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and only after the operation of each part is stable, it can be used normally.
2. Security checks
Check that the safety facilities are functioning properly.
3. Before booting
Carefully check whether all water tanks have water, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there is debris on the conveyor belt, whether there is a bottle cap in the storage box, and whether the water source, power supply, and gas source are connected.
4. Conditions are ready
After the conditions are prepared, then close the main power supply, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and the emergency stop indicator are not on, then the starting conditions are met, press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place, the whole machine starts to run, into and out washing, rinsing, filling automatic working mode, stop can be pressed at the filling and control box, the main power supply should be turned off after the shutdown.
Use of safety rules:
1. There are no foreign objects in the filling machine equipment.
2. The filling machine does not promise to have abnormal noise, if there is an immediate shutdown, check the reason.
3. All protective items should be safe and secure, and clothing that may be caught by moving parts should not be worn.
4. Do not clean electrical units with water and other liquids.
5. Work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. should be worn when cleaning to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion.
6. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it and do not approach the machine with tools or other objects.
7. Do not allow staff unrelated to manipulation to approach the device.
