Q: How to install the machine and debug? Do you have technicians coming to our factory?

A: We will have installation and commissioning technicians to your factory to install and debug the equipment; but the customer needs to be responsible for the round-trip air ticket, the daily salary of the technician, local transportation expenses, and the provision of local hotel accommodation and meals, all of which will be stated in the agreement.

Q: If the quality does not meet my requirements, how do you solve this problem?

A: Before ordering the equipment, we will negotiate the inspection standard of the equipment and mark it in the agreement, and then start to make the equipment that meets your requirements; if you are not satisfied with the quality, please let us know, and we will adjust it to meet your requirements before delivery requirements;
