Filling method of carbonated beverage

Filling method of carbonated beverage

(1). Filling method:
1. Secondary filling: simple equipment, low investment, suitable for small and medium-sized beverage factories
From a hygienic point of view, secondary filling is easy to ensure product hygiene; due to the difference in temperature between syrup and carbonated water, a large amount of foam is likely to be generated when filling carbonated water into syrup, resulting in loss of CO2 and insufficient filling volume. It can be solved by cooling before syrup filling. Since the syrup is not carbonated, mixing it with carbonated water will reduce the gas content, so the carbonated water must have a higher gas content than expected in the finished product. For example, the ratio of syrup to carbonated water is 1:4. The gas content of the finished product is 3 times the volume, then the gas content of the carbonated water is 3*5/4=3.75 times the volume.
Secondary filling is used, the syrup is quantitatively filled, and the filling volume of carbonated water is difficult to be accurate due to the inconsistent capacity of the bottle or the inconsistent level of the liquid after filling, resulting in differences in the quality of the finished product. The large-scale secondary filling equipment is equipped with a turning mixer after filling and sealing equipment, so that the syrup and carbonated water are evenly mixed
2. One time filling:
Advanced technology, suitable for large-scale beverage factories. The early operation is to add syrup and treated water in a certain proportion to the secondary batching tank, stir evenly, and then fill after cooling and carbonation. A large-volume secondary batching tank is required, and the sanitation is difficult to guarantee. For large-scale continuous production lines, the quantitative mixing method is often adopted: the treated water and the blended syrup are continuously mixed in a certain proportion, and then filled with carbon dioxide gas. Often equipped with a cooler or cooling carbonator in the mixer. At present, synchronous electric mixers are mostly used.
Advantages: The ratio of syrup and water is accurate, and the filling capacity is easy to control; when the filling capacity changes, there is no need to change the ratio, and the product quality is consistent; the temperature of syrup and water is consistent during filling, and there are few bubbles. The content of CO2 gas is easy to control and stabilize. The product quality is stable, the gas content is sufficient, and the production speed is fast. The disadvantage is that it is not suitable for carbonated beverages with pulp, the equipment is complicated, the mixer is in contact with the syrup, and it is inconvenient to wash and disinfect
3. Combination filling: especially for fruit pulp carbonated beverages, combine the machines according to the general one-time filling method. When filling carbonated drinks with fruit juice, a bypass is installed on the blender so that the blended syrup is pumped into another pipeline in proportion without being mixed with water, and directly sent to the end of the mixer. Use the pump and control system to mix it with carbonated water, and then fill it. Combine the machines according to the general one-time filling method, add a bypass after the blending machine, use the injection mixer for cooling and carbonation, and then fill it.
