Operation
(1) The feeding conveyor belt arranges the products on the roller conveyor belt.
(2) The sensor detects the quantitative product, and then transports it to the main roller conveyor belt through the push rod.
(3) On the main roller conveyor belt, after the product runs according to the arrangement required by each layer, the clamping arm in the standby state will descend and stop after being detected by the sensor after reaching the designated clamping position. and pallets to complete the palletizing operation.
(4) The pallets stored in the pallet warehouse are unloaded from the pallet warehouse in the form of a pallet by using the pallet hook and the pallet lifting conveyor belt, and enter the standby state after reaching the designed position. Convey the pallet, complete the palletizing operation, and automatically supply the pallet.
(5) After the product palletizing is completed, the mechanical arm moves at an angle of 180°. It starts to descend when it reaches the position of the descending sensor, and performs product stacking operations. After the product is unloaded, return to the designated position to support the product in reverse order.
