Purified Water Bottling Machine

This complete set of Purified Water Bottling Machine adopts bottleneck clamping transmission technology to realize automatic washing, filling and capping. 3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clamp is durable and does not touch the screw position of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

Washing Part

The bottle washing process adopts a spring clamp, and the empty bottle can be turned 180° along the conveying track, and the bottle is washed twice inside and outside, and the bottle washing efficiency is high.

The washing machine adopts the original double-opening bottle clamp, which locks the bottle neck. The material of the bottle clamp is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.

The bottle clip is equipped with a high-efficiency spray head. The 15° jet of water droplets ensures that all sides of the bottle can be washed and saves water.

Filling Part

The PET bottle liquid bottle filling machine has a reasonable filling structure design, sanitary dead corners, and stable equipment operation. It can control materials from the bottleneck, and the control accuracy is within ±2mm (subject to the bottle type design). The filling valve material is SUS304. The filling system has automatic liquid level control. The filling valve lifts, and the filling valve starts filling after touching the bottleneck. Bottles are conveyed by wheels in the filling section.

Capping Part

The capping machine is the most precise part of the three-in-one machine, which has a great influence on the product stability and reliability of the capping machine. It has the following characteristics:

1) The introduction of advanced capping technology improves the stability and reliability of the capping machine. The screw cap adopts magnetic torque. The capping force can be adjusted steplessly. The capping force can also be fixed without damaging the bottle cap, and the capping is reliable.

2) In the screw cap part, a photoelectric control is installed. When there is no cap or the cap is broken, the machine will stop automatically.
