Bottled Water Filling Machine

CGF wash-fill-screw-screw-cap three-in-one unit: used to produce mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverages and other non-gas beverages filled in PET bottles, glass bottles and aluminum bottles. Beverage machinery can complete all processes such as bottle washing, filling and sealing, reduce the contact time between materials and outsiders, improve sanitary conditions, increase production capacity and economic benefits.

This Bottled Water Filling Machine is used in a complete bottled mineral water/purified water production line for beverage filling operations. The Fully Automatic Washing Filling Capping Monoblock Equipment integrates the three functions of bottle washing, filling and sealing. The whole process is fully automatic.

1. It adopts the air-feeding bottle and the direct connection technology of the moving wheel; cancels the screw and the conveying chain, which makes the change of the bottle shape easier.

2. The bottle transmission adopts the bottle neck clamping technology, the bottle shape change does not need to adjust the height of the equipment, only need to replace the relevant bending plates, wheels and nylon parts.

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clamp is durable and does not touch the screw position of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

4. High speed and large gravity flow valve filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate filling and no leakage.

5. The spiral descends when the bottle is discharged, and there is no need to adjust the height of the conveyor chain to change the shape of the bottle.

6. The main engine adopts advanced PLC automatic control technology, and the key electrical components are from well-known companies such as Japan and France Schneider

Washing part composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc.

Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding starwheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the starwheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts.

Filling part mainly composes of bottling barrel, bottling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle clamping lift device etc.

Bottle is conveyed to the bottling machine with the clamp plate of starwheel drive, bottling bottle clamp plate supports the bottle neck and rotates together with the bottling, and ascend along the guide rail and then open the bottling valve for bottling, after finishing bottling, it descend and loose the bottling valve, bottling valve may automatically close. Bottle is discharged from the bottling machine along the clamp plate of starwheel drive.

Capping part composes of cap separating mechanism, capping machine and cap arranging mechanism.

Bottle is conveyed into the capping machine with starwheel and then is clamped with the bottle clamping block; the cap is arranged by the capping.

Characteristics:

1) The introduction of advanced capping technology improves the stability and reliability of the capping machine. The screw cap adopts magnetic torque. The capping force can be adjusted steplessly. The capping force can also be fixed without damaging the bottle cap, and the capping is reliable.

2) In the screw cap part, a photoelectric control is installed. When there is no cap or the cap is broken, the machine will stop automatically.
