1) The pneumatic conveyor is directly connected with the imported star wheel, instead of the screw and the conveying chain, it is more convenient to change the bottle.

2) Bottleneck consignment does not need to adjust the height of the equipment, only some spare parts need to be replaced.

3) The high-speed filling line adopts the clamp transmission technology, the bottle types are more diverse, and the working table inside the machine is more concise.

4) Washing Filling Capping Monoblock, less wear in bottle rinsing, filling and capping, stable conveying and easier bottle changing.

5) The specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp does not touch the threaded part of the bottle neck to avoid secondary pollution.

6) High-speed and large-flow filling valve ensures fast filling speed and accurate liquid level.

8) The star wheel for bottle discharge is screw-in type. When changing the bottle type, there is no need to adjust the height of the conveyor chain.
