After manually arranging and arranging the bottles neatly, they enter the washing, filling, and capping three-in-one unit through an air duct. The bottles are rinsed with sterile water, filled with sterile materials, and the capping machine rotates the caps and sends them out of the machine using a conveyor chain. After being sterilized by pouring the bottles and cooled by spraying, they enter the back packaging system.
This production line is suitable for high-temperature filling at 85-92 ℃. Through the requirements of the matching filling production line and subsequent processes, without adding preservatives, the hygiene indicators of the produced tea drinks and fruit juice drinks meet the hygiene requirements of the tea beverage industry standards and relevant national standards.
The production process of this production line is as follows:
Preparation of sterile materials: Materials with a feeding temperature of ≥ 25 ℃ are subjected to a dedicated automatic tube type UHT sterilization machine and kept at a temperature of 121-135 ℃ for 5-30 seconds to become sterile materials. The sterile material is cooled to 85-92 ℃ and then sent to the filling system.
Cleaning of PET bottles: PET bottles that meet the technical requirements for use are washed with empty bottle disinfectant after being sorted and transported through air ducts, and then enter the filling system for use.
Filling and capping of products: Sterile materials are filled into cleaned PET bottles through a pre CIP filling system, and then capped by a capping machine to become semi-finished products.
Sterilization of semi-finished products by pouring bottles: The sealed semi-finished products are sent to the pouring bottle conveyor chain. The inverted bottle conveyor chain can tilt the sealed product to the side, utilize the temperature of the product itself to sterilize the bottle cap twice, soften the sealing gasket of the bottle cap, and improve the sealing degree between the bottle cap and the bottle body. The bottle pouring time is ≥ 35 seconds. After sterilization, the conveyor chain automatically stabilizes the product, making it easy to enter the next process.
Cooling of semi-finished products: The semi-finished products after sterilization are poured into a spray cooling tunnel, and the central temperature of the product is cooled to below 40 ℃ using circulating hot water insulation and two cycles of chlorinated water. Before the product exits the tunnel, the bottle body is rinsed with purified water.
Post packaging of products: The cooled semi-finished products are dried, labeled, shrunk, and boxed into finished products.
